Have you lost weight down into the machine’s range? Good for you!!

Nope.* I’m at a gym with newer and/or “beefier” equipment.
Oh, and before you ask – I haven’t broken any fitness equipment before, even when the treadmill’s weight indicator only went up to 330lbs.
*FYI – I am currently not trying to manipulate my weight. More on that here.
