I had been slacking on working out this week. (Something about starting this blog that eats up my free time… !) But after writing the post about the aerobics tape last night, I went ahead and did it this morning.
It felt good :)
The suprise is that I’ve been feeling kind of congested / sick the last few days and taking it easy. I think getting myself moving helped clear a few cobwebs out and exercise my lungs a bit. Maybe instead of laying low when I’ve got a virus, I should also do some light exercise. Something to think about.
