This is not at all relevant to this post, but I’ve just finished reading your whole blog start to finish (in one go, it’s currently 7am and I’ve yet to go to bed).
Wow. Your whole attitude and outlook is just so amazing, it’s given me a lot to think about. Intellectually, I’ve known for awhile all the things you say about how diets don’t work and that I should be happy no matter how much I weigh (currently around 250), but just reading about how you live your life so well with no apologies is really inspiring. Thank you for writing this great blog, I’ll be keeping up with you into the forseeable future. :)
