I don’t know about you, but I feel the need for something positive to focus on. So here’s a local news program interviewing Dr Linda Bacon on her book Health At Every Size.  Scrolling down you’ll see “Tips about Body Image”, including:

  1. Accept your size. 
  2. Trust yourself.
  3. Adopt healthy lifestyle habits.  
  4. Embrace size diversity.

As HAES goes, this is the sort of “baby steps” we saw in the New York Times article on fat acceptance.   Old hat to some, but validating to see in mainstream media.
