[a not-always-weekly exercise in gratitude]
1) Upcoming 3-day weekend.
2) Being able to ask for help.
3) Taking time for breakfast.
4) I do have clothes that fit and know where to buy more if I need them (and I caught up on Fatcast yesterday).
5) Exercise is continuing to mean that walking is just walking, not torture.
Your number two is my number one, it’s so important. I couldn’t really ask for help until I got sick and really, really needed to be able to ask.
Have you or anyone else tried tai chi?
