Today I had lunch with the man of the house. Now I am smiling at the white roses I picked up yesterday and about to dive into my (American) tax return.
Mr. Twistie and I went out for dinner last night. He’s finally figured out that trying to go out for dinner without a reservation on Valentine’s day is NOT the wise choice, but hasn’t yet figured out that he, too, can make reservations. (giggles)
Anyway, wonderful Indian meal at one of our fave restaurants gave me happy feelings. And tonight I’m making a delicious special dinner for him.
So in the long run, we’re having two Valentine’s dinners and I couldn’t be more delighted.
Have I mentioned how much I love cooking? Because I do.
